Responsibility

Teachers at Luther are responsible for establishing consistent, well-known, loving, and-age appropriate rules that encourage proper behavior.

Self-discipline is promoted by example, and Luther’s administration is charged with the fair and loving supervision of all students and staff.

The principal is responsible for establishing procedures for handling discipline. These procedures include:

• Objective arbitration
• Insistence that courtesy and respect be accorded to all
